Step 1
Equipping yourself with the right set of tools is the best first step. This will allow you to secure the peace of mind that you can accomplish and improve your goals. What tools do you really need to move your year in the right direction?
Physical Tools
- A Financial system. (Your system hasn’t worked)

- Computer or Filing cabinet
- Calculator
- Budgets Forms
- Checking Account/Debit Card
- Job
Let’s be realistic and acknowledge that without consistent income, you can not get to the 7 Steps to Wealth. If you are currently unemployed, you should be focusing all of your energy on securing a solid job. The tools that you will need to position are the foundation to EVERY WEALTH building plan. You can turn your nose up at this but every wealthy person directly or indirectly uses the tools described above.
One friend of mine is a real estate mogul worth well over $50,000,000. His financial system concludes with him receiving a daily report of his cash, stock, real estate, and pension values. He has a team that uses a specific accounting system to manage his affairs. Most of us don’t have enough money to worry about the daily changes. We do however need a system. I use the Smart Money Mastery system.
The Smart Money Mastery system will provide you up step by step guide to launch you in the right direction. Everyone also needs access to a computer or a physical filing system. The computations and tracking aren’t rocket science but these tools make it easier to get the job done.
Once you have the right tools, we can move forward with step two of the process maximizing your income. Tomorrow I will discuss how to get the most out your existing paycheck.
